The Guild Foundation

The Guild Foundation supports multiple lines of effort. Our portfolio approach to philanthropy allows the foundation to support a variety of causes that are relevant to the military community. While our primary mission is to support veterans financial literacy, the Foundation will also provide assistance to a broad range of issues impacting the broader military community.

Operation Ukraine Eagle

In March of 2022, the Guild Foundation team deployed to Poland/Ukraine to provide humanitarian assistance in the aftermath of the Russian invasion. The focus of the NATO and Military community shifted to eastern Europe. Over 5000 troops from the 82nd Airborne division were forward deployed to Rzeszow, Poland in order to support the NATO alliance. Military families, once again, were put on alert as loved ones were deployed into harms way. To add to the stress of deployment, the volatility in the stock market created additional stress to military families and their long term financial health.

Where the military goes, the Guild team goes. The Guild Foundation deployed a small team to Poland & Ukraine to support the forward deployed US Military and assist with the humanitarian effort in Ukraine. The Guild Team personally participated in the rescues of dozens of Ukrainian citizens from the most dangerous battle zones. Additionally the Guild team was responsible for the acquisition of hundreds of sets of personal protective gear, thousands of Individual First Aid Kits, and other essential lifesaving equipment. The Guild Foundation team hand delivered this critical equipment to the front lines at great risk to themselves. The Guild Foundation continues to support Humanitarian operations in Ukraine.

On November 15th, The Guild Foundation sponsored a Ukrainian soldier who had been wounded on the battlefield to travel to the US for critical rehabilitation. To learn more about Operation Roman click here.
